The PTA is working to promote environmental awareness initiatives that unite parents, students, teachers and campus administrators in an effort to protect children and their environment.

• Waste Minimization and Recycling
• Water Pollution

The staff at Parkside Elementary has taken the first step by implementing a recycling program involving all grade levels, but we feel that there are more places that we can make a difference. We are still developing this program and we need your help. As a program chair or committee member, you have the opportunity to start new programs to make Parkside Elementary even better. We would love to hear your ideas!
